While the Free Tier (Calibrex Lite) handles the "what" (logging reps and sets), Premium handles the "how" (coaching, form, and progression). It uses Velocity Based Training (VBT) principles—technology previously used only by elite athletes—to guide you in real-time.
The Feature Breakdown
1. The "Coach in Your Ear" (Live Audio)
Premium users get real-time audio guidance through their headphones so they never have to look at their phone while lifting.
Live Form Cues: The AI analyzes the speed of your reps and gives feedback instantly (e.g., "Explode up!", "Control the eccentric", or "You're slowing down, push!").
Audio Counting & Timers: The coach counts your reps out loud and manages your rest countdowns automatically.
2. Weight Recommendations (Auto-Progression)
Stop guessing how much weight to put on the bar.
Smart Suggestions: Based on the velocity (speed) of your previous set, your Calibrex coach calculates exactly what you should do next.
Daily Readiness: If you are moving the weight quickly, the Coach will tell you to add weight. If you are sluggish, it will suggest dropping the weight to prevent injury.
3. Advanced VBT Scores
Unlock 4 proprietary scores for every set to judge the quality of your movement:
Set Score: An overall grade (0-100%) of how well you executed the set against your goals.
Difficulty Score: Estimates your "Reps in Reserve" (how close you were to muscle failure).
Speed Score: Measures if you stayed in the target velocity zone (e.g., Strength vs. Hypertrophy zones).
Tempo Score: Analyzes your time-under-tension.
4. Long-Term Analytics
1-Rep Max Estimates: See your estimated max for any lift without actually having to test it (and risk injury).
Muscle Balance: See if you are over-training certain muscle groups or neglecting others.
Power Output: Track your wattage to see if you are becoming more explosive over time.
