Refunds & Returns

You may return your fully functional and undamaged Calibrex for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your original order (i.e., the day you receive your Calibrex in the mail) for a refund. Once we've received and inspected your unit, we will refund the original price minus shipping costs (original and return shipping).

Please note that discounted orders are final sale.

All refund requests must be sent to info@calibrex.com (alternatively you can utilize the self service return by heading to account.calibrex.com.), a return label will be provided for customers within the United States.

Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
​

For our international customers: please note that you will be responsible for shipping the item back to our shipping facility.
​

Pre-orders: You can cancel your pre-order for a full refund 30 days after placing it, or 30 days after you receive your Calibrex 3. Once your order is in production we are unable to cancel it


Damage and defects

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective or damaged so that we can make it right!

Warranty

Calibrex will gladly replace any devices with hardware issues, provided that the defect existed at the time of manufacture or developed under normal use for one year after the purchase date. Please reach out to info@calibrex.com with your replacement inquiry.
